Melt the chocolate in the microwave on low heat for a few seconds (it should be soft but not liquid) 

Place the chocolate, chopped walnuts, and dried cranberries in the center of each dough

Cover with the remaining sheets and seal the edges

Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with chocolate sprinkles

Bake at 180°C (top and bottom heat) for 20 minutes
